I started keeping koi in 1985 and as most other koi keepers will tell you, did everything wrong!!! After joining the Potteries and District koi club I started to learn a lot.

In 1995 I completed the HLO course (Health liaison officer) for the BKKS. Since then I have tested water at national shows on the ghost shift.

I have spent many years at the side of peoples ponds helping them with their problems. Due to the law changes this unfortunately has now had to end.

After many years of travelling the country looking for good quality koi goods, I began to sell pick and mix food at the monthly koi meetings. In 2006 I did my first local koi show selling these foods. This was when I realised that people liked the fact that they could decide how much or little of the food they wanted and also mix the foods.

This is now available at my koi retail unit along with high quality Japanese koi ,koi keeping equipment and free advice on anything koi related. We also have a regular stand at the Trentham Gardens Potteries and District Koi Show (19th & 20th July). This years event was a huge success and we would like to thank everyone who visited.
